Applicant must have owned an established business for at least three years
Applicant’s business must have been profitable over the past two years and have no negative equity in a past year
Applicant must not be a non-performing borrower or a restructured borrower for the past year

Required Documents
 
  1. Consent Letter to be checked by Credit Bureau under the name of Borrower and Guarantor
  2. Articles of association, memorandum of association of the company and list of shareholders recorded no longer than past three months
  3. A copy of house registration and ID card of authorized person for the juristic person (Borrower) and Guarantor
  4. Factory operating license or VAT Registration (Phor.Por. 20)
  5. Financial statements for the past three years
  6. Bank statements for the past six months
  7. Reports of purchase tax and sales tax for the past 6 months
  8. A copy of Phor.Por 30 for the past 6 months
  9. List of two or three major suppliers
  10. Loan amount and debts owed to current creditor(s)
