The bank will consolidate all the necessary information that the user provides and use this information with caution and in accordance with its intended purpose. 2. The information is provided to a credit bureau or a representative of a similar agency.

However, the user has responsibility to keep secure their User ID and Password so as to prevent unauthorized usage. In addition, the bank has procedures to correct any erroneous information, including the cancellation of the Bank’s services following a request from a user.

Kiatnakin Bank reserves the right to use its website to facilitate communication between the Bank and users wishing to know more about the Bank’s activities and services. All the information on each page of the website, including terms and conditions and other details, are subject to change without prior notice by the Bank. The Bank is committed to maintaining an acceptable level of accuracy on all information contained on the website. The Bank reserves the right to screen users, terminate or limit user’s access, and refuse certain users access to some website services as per the Bank’s guidelines without prior notice. Such actions are not intended to cause direct or indirect harm to the user or other individuals. The Bank’s position on this matter will not change even if the Bank or a representative of the Bank has been notified of the possibility of such damage, loss or expenses.
By requesting a service or by receiving information through the website and/or email, the Bank assumes that the user has read and agreed to the terms and conditions specified on the Bank’s website. By registering with the Bank, the user will be authorized to obtain useful information about the Bank’s products and services. When providing such information to the user, the Bank considers all the information to be the property of the Bank. The Bank can therefore use the information in any other way it finds appropriate and beneficial to the bank and the user.
